Strict data protection guidelines are adhered to in line with GDPR, and registration is held with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). You can find full details in the Privacy Policy.

What happens in the first session?
Your first session is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, goals, and expectations. It is also a chance for you to see if this approach feels right for you.
12
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and needs. You may benefit from short-term counselling, or you might prefer ongoing support.

Do I need to prepare anything before my first session?
There is no need for you to prepare; the session will flow organically and naturally. Simply bring yourself and an open mind, to explore whatever feels most important to you in the moment.
15
What if I don’t know where to start?
That is completely normal. The conversation will be guided to help you explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
16
How does a ‘Walk and Talk’ session work?
A ‘Walk and Talk’ session begins with a collaborative choice of a local route that feels comfortable and safe for you. The pace is gentle and set by you, as the focus is on the discussion, not the exercise. Confidentiality remains a key priority, with routes selected to ensure privacy.
